This irritation will keep your acne from healing. Don't over wash your face and your body's natural oils will heal your skin and you will only be removing dead skin and dirt which will clog pores and cause acne.

Some concealers now have benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid in them, and, will, therefore, help fight acne.
