This is the best tanning lotion I’ve used. After tanning, your skin feels smooth, not tacky like other lotions. It also has a fabulous fresh smell, similar to Clinique’s happy.

I have tried many tanning lotions and have found that Spellbound is my favorite, and for numerous reasons! Not only does it smell delicious (it smells like Ralph Lauren’s “Cool” perfume), but it makes my skin feel super smooth and moisturized. More importantly, it really helps me achieve a bronze glow. Unlike other lotions, it doesn’t make you turn orange or be blotchy. Plus, the silicone makes the bottle last forever! I highly recommend this product, you won’t be sorry!

I really love how this makes my skin feel and I can definitely see a difference with this one compared to my last tanning lotion. Assures a nice, even, natural looking tan. I definitely recommend it.

This lotion is perrrrrfect. I am very fair and I get nervous about using bronzers with the fear of looking stupid. This lotion not only smells beautiful but the bronzer is amazing. My tan does not look fake or orange. I have been asked numerous times if I’ve been to the beach. This lotion does its job wonderfully. A+++++++

I love this stuff. I smells really great and bronzes very well. The only thing is, is that wish it would make me tan darker. I guess i just need to buy dark tanning lotion. This product is a GREAT value. I would definately buy it again:)

This is great for a lovel level bronzing lotion. It smells GREAT (no more of leaving the tanning salon smelling like a coconut) and there is no unpleasant after-tan smell. It moisturizes well and adds a subtle bronze that looks fantastic! Recommended!

This lotion has always been my favorite, so I knew what I was getting when I purchased it. My favorite thing about it is the scent – it’s so feminine and you never smell like you’ve tanned afterwards. The silicone emulsion makes your skin extremely soft too which is always good! There isn’t really anything that could make Spellbound any better. Try it if you haven’t before!

I used this product for months, and I loved it! The smell is so girly and fresh and the silicone leaves your skin incredibly soft. I already had a base tan when I started using it and it helped me achieve a beautiful bronze.

More bronze than Brown…

Man I hate to be the one who gives 1 star reviews. At first, I loved the reviews, so I bought it. I couldnt WAIT to use it, so I used it, and came out BRONZISH color, more like orange/bronze..And it is STILL on me, after 3 days! I don’t know if people LIKE being bronze, but I tan to be BROWN. I didn’t know this crap full of bronzers was called a tanning lotion. As with all of the other new ‘tanning lotions’ this one is CHUCK FULL of bronzers, so you get a fake sunless tan color (hint:its not BROWN) and when you take a shower, you start losing your REAL tan. You guys want a real brown color instead of looking like a giant pot of gold, get a tanner that isnt full of bronzers.

From…the now oompa loompa looking man. I will go back to plain cheaper tanning lotions that aren’t full of….you already know

My $15 bottle of lotion works better than this….

On the bottle it says to wash your hands after you apply. I never washed my hands and there was never a color change so either my hands are defective or the bronzer doesn’t work. On the upside at least it smells nice.

It’s only worth the discounted price…

Let me start by saying, I would never pay full price for this lotion. At best, I give it 3 stars because it doesn’t smell as bad as others I’ve tried. As a seasoned tanner and one who worked at a salon, I’ve tried much better lotions comparably priced to this one.

It goes on very smoothe because of the silicone. The bronzers, very light and barely noticeable. It has only a very small amount of DHA (self tanner)and I don’t think the smell is very pleasing…it’s just not offensive like the others when they start to bake. Overall, it doesn’t hydrate skin well and left my skin thirsty and flaky. Since it’s also a very thin spread, I tend to use more than I should because my skin doesn’t feel well coated. I didn’t notice any obvious advantage of this lotion over the “house” lotion I buy at my salon for the same price in a bigger bottle. Oh, and…while the bottle may look big, 10oz is not much when you’re using it twice a week all over your body. Hope this helps everyone!

I tried a sample at the tanning salon (for $8) and really liked it but didn’t want to pay the $69 price tag (really?! for lotion!?) so I was happy to find it on here. Works great and smells really good. I haven’t tried it for outdoor tanning but assume it would work just as well. The girl at the tanning salon said typically the lotion is ok but sometimes she’s seen expired lotion be sent to people so I guess watch out that the seller is reputable.

No Ordinary Tanning Lotion

I have been eyeing (is that a word?) this tanning lotion since last summer, but never pulled the trigger to buy it. Went to the tanning salon and seen they had a 50% off sale, I was sold since I was out of the last one I used. Couldn’t say what a great choice I made. I had done some major research before my purchase and all the reviews on this one were turning up great. I have to agree with Rebecca from Sacramento that this leaves your skin silky soft. You smell like perfume and no mess like other lotions i have tried in the past. Can’t comment on the kind of tan you get, because it was my first time using. I would recommend to everyone because you smell nice and no orangey-looking discoloration afterwards. Even after showering I found no problems, unlike other lotions which never seem to come off in the shower and show up on the towel afterwards.

This product is top quality. I love almost everything about this lotion, except the fact that it’s not recommended for beginners. If you want to establish a base than, than you should start with an accelorator. The bronzer on this lotion works really well also.

Smells like heaven in a bottle!! I use this lotion all the time (like to mix them up a bit!) I always go back to Spellbound!! Started using an accelerator (Intrigue) for first 2 weeks visiting the tanning salon then switched to Spellbound. I’m fair skinned and had no problems with it being too bronze, no skin streaking and no problems with orange hands. Leaves skin feeling very silky smooth after using.

This lotion not only moisturizes my skin and helps me keep a darker tan, it smells incredible! No more burnt skin smell! I can tan and still go out in public using this lotion!

I am very fair skinned and started using a tanning bed. I wasn’t getting any results, but starting using this tanning lotion and I have some color now! I was hesitant at first, thinking it might make me burn more than tan, but that has not been the case at all. It smells great, too! Highly recommended!
