I have been suffering with acne half of my life and my dermatologist gave me this cleanser to try. I absolutely love it! I have been using it along with the antibiotic septra. I have gone from breaking out every single day to barely having any new pimples at all. The only reason I rate this product a four is because its only 5oz. It doesnt last very long.

This isn’t too harsh for my skin, I’m using it day and night and after two weeks I have A) fewer blemishes and B) fresher-looking skin. It doesn’t seem to dry my skin out, either, although at the same time I began using it I also started using a super heavy duty moisturizer (clinique anti-gravity). I had already tried Proactiv, a salicylic spot treatment, and a few other things — this is working (so far) where nothing else really did. It also smells fresh and clean and not perfumy. Overall I love skinceuticals ANYthing — they’re always great for me. I’d recommend it.
